Joseph DiMento
Mr. Joseph DiMento is a renowned Professor of Law and Society, Management, Planning, Policy and Design and Criminology from University of California, Irvine; Director of Newkirk Center for Science and Society, UCI; and Head of Focused Research Group in International Environmental Cooperation, UCI. He received BA from Harvard College, and PhD and JD from University of Michigan. He was a visiting professor of University of Florida Law School and University of Michigan, and a visiting scholar of UCLA. He has assumed leadership positions in a number of governmental, professional and non-profit organizations, and authored a huge amount of publications. His teaching areas include Environmental Law, Land Use and Development Control Law, Administrative Law and Regulation, Conflict Resolution, and Property Law, Business and Government, etc.
David D. Murray
David D. Murray
Mr. David D. Murray is a practicing lawyer in Newport Beach, California. He is admitted in California and U.S. Supreme Court. He has a BS from Ball State University, Indiana, and JD from Western State University College of Law, California. He concentrates in the areas of contracts, international and domestic business transactions, business litigation, business entity formation, and business immigration. He is a frequent speaker on immigration law, and is the editor of Immigration and International Law Newsletter. He served as Information Officer and Treasurer for Orange County Bar Association Immigration Law Section. Memberships have included CA Bar Association International Law Section, OC Bar Association International Law Section, ABA, American Trial Lawyers Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association and Sigma Chi fraternity.
Martin Perlberger

Mr. Martin Perlberger is a practicing lawyer in Beverly Hills, California. He is admitted in California, D.C., New York and U.S. Supreme Court. He is a graduate of Stanford University, AB; Columbia Law School; Stanford Law School, JD, Order of the Coif. His practice covers international, entertainment industry, real estate, technology and commercial. He represented US and multinational businesses, entrepreneurs, executives, producers, directors, writers, stars, musicians, animators and fine artists. He was Chairman of ABA International Law Section Continuing Education and European Law Committees, LA County Bar Association International Law Section and Pacific Rim Committee; Treasurer of California State Bar International Law Section, trustee of LA Copyright Society, as well as leader or member of various international organizations.
Richard J. Schwarzstein
Richard J. Schwarzstein
Mr. Richard J. Schwarzstein is a practicing international lawyer in Newport Beach, California. He is admitted to practice law in New York, where he was a partner in a large international law firm, and in California. He is a graduate of Columbia University (BA) and Harvard Law School (JD). His practice includes corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, intellectual property law and the transfer of technology. He represents U.S. and foreign companies. He was a founder of the World Trade Center Association of Orange County and is the Chairman of the International Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association. He is listed in Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in the West and Who's Who in Law. He is a member of a number of bar associations and has lectured on international law in a number of Universities in the U.S.
Juan Ramon Zarco
Juan Ramon Zarco
Mr. Juan Ramon Zarco is both an international investment advisor and attorney, specializing in international business law, joint ventures, IPOs, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, greenfields, and media/telecommunications technologies. He is admitted to practice in Texas, New York, and Massachusetts. Fluent in several languages, he has completed various business development deals in over 40 countries and has spoken at various forums in Asia, Americas, and Europe. He attended and graduated from U.S. institutions: Williams College (B.A.), N.Y.U. Law School (J.D.), and Cornell Graduate Business School (M.B.A.). He is an advisor to Wall Street firms through McGraw-Hill, member of the Northen Virginia Technology Council, and has been an International Fellow at NYU Law School. He is located in Washington, D.C.
