Joseph DiMento Mr. Joseph DiMento is a renowned Professor of Law and Society, Management, Planning, Policy and Design and Criminology from University of California, Irvine; Director of Newkirk Center for Science and Society, UCI; and Head of Focused Research Group in International Environmental Cooperation, UCI.
